  Yume wa Masayume
BORN:“DREAMS COME TRUE”
 

In Japan's National Liqueur Competition of Autumn 2003,“Yume wa Masayume”won the first prize for an aged sake. It's characterized by a deep aroma, smooth flavour and a sharp,strident aftertaste. Many Japanese celebrities choose this sake to celebrate their achievements.

Boasting a magnificent aroma. tender touch and sharp aftertaste,this sake was served at the State Dinner when United States former President Bill Clinton visited Japan in 1996.This incredibly aromatic sake won the Grand Prix at the international Sake Festival in London in July 2000.Originally named“Born:Gin no Tsubasa,”it was renamed “Nihon no Tshubasa(Wing of japan)”in commemoration of this event.The name has since been registered as a trademark in the United States in 2003.

Aged for a long time at ice-cold temperatures,this sake taunts us with an aroma reminiscent of grapefruit.To drink it is to be lulled into happiness. It's sophisticated yet mellow flavor flows irresistably over the tongue. It's fully ripened aroma is ever present regardless of whether it's warmed or chilled. It's rare to drink a Junmai Daiginjo sake warm but drunk in this way it will not disappoint. Try but one mouthful and you'll be convinced.

It is unfiltered / Fresh unprocessed sake. Aged in a regulated-10 degrees Celcius environment, this sake conjures a rich aroma and fresh full-bodied flavor as well as the distinctive taste of Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo fresh unprocessed sake. This is the most popular sake in Born series.Whether served chilled,on the rocks,or warmed,this Champion sake boasts outstanding flavor in all the respective drinking styles.
